Find SUPABASE_URL and SUPABASE_ANON_KEY at the top of the file and paste in your project's values from Supabase → Project Settings → API. Full steps are in the Setup Guide.

Picking a person above rebuilds the message with their name — edit it freely after that. Copy message suits email or Teams; both buttons record the note as forwarded.

Every included note in one plain-text bundle, grouped by discipline then participant — ready to paste into an email, Teams or a letter. Changing For rebuilds it, so make edits after that.

Up to 10 MB — a photo of the receipt or the provider's PDF invoice. Stored privately: only signed-in team members can open it, through a link that expires.

Expense form link

The form only works with both the link and the PIN, checked by the database itself — so share them separately if you can (e.g. link by email, PIN by SMS). Whoever has them can add an expense and upload its invoice for this participant only. They can't see anything — not appointments, not notes, not expenses already logged. Submissions arrive in this tab marked To review.

PINs aren't stored readably anywhere — if one is forgotten, just set a new one here. Needs Part 4 of supabase-participant-expenses.sql; until then the form opens but can't submit.

End-of-shift workflow

Changes save for the whole team as you type, and the next Print poster uses them.
The wizard sends the worker to each linked form as its own step and records that they've confirmed filling it in. Order: built-in forms first, then your own forms, then linked forms. Embedding only works if the form's site allows it — there's always an "Open the form" button either way.
One QR per participant, checked by the database itself: whoever scans it and enters the PIN can submit an end-of-shift report for this participant only. They can't see anything — not appointments, not notes, not reports already sent. Submissions arrive in this tab marked To review.

It's a separate PIN from the expense form's on purpose — this one is for staff. PINs aren't stored readably anywhere; if one is forgotten, just set a new one here. Needs supabase-shift-workflow.sql; until then the workflow opens but can't submit.

Build a form

Every submitted report stores the questions with the answers, so editing or deleting a form later never changes how already-submitted reports read back. Needs PART 5 of supabase-shift-workflow.sql — the script is safe to re-run if you ran it before this part existed.
